Payments

Le Disque Noir for transactions with all payment methods, does not store or retain credit card or bank account data. Payment for your order in the Le Disque Noir online store is made exclusively in euros (€). Le Disque Noir provides the following payment methods for orders:

1 Credit / Debit Card

VISA, MASTERCARD, DINERS, MAESTRO, and DISCOVER credit cards are accepted. Transactions are carried out through PayPal and the currency is €.

2 Bank Account Deposit

You can pay for your order via e-banking or by depositing at a bank store cashier, by direct deposit to one of the following 2 accounts maintained by our store:

For the payment you need to have an account with the same bank. In any other case, there will be an amount charged by the bank for orders from third-party banks (€3).

3 Payment by cash on delivery

Relatively simple and widespread way of trading.

By choosing cash on delivery, on the day you receive your order, you pay the carrier who delivers your order in cash.
In this way you are charged the amount of €2.5 for each order.

Shipping

The times stated on Le Disque Noir and in these Terms and Conditions refer to working days unless otherwise stated. Orders are served on a priority basis based on the date payment is received or, in the case of cash on delivery, on the day of telephone confirmation.

In shipping services, our customer, by entering the delivery address (arrival of the order), is automatically informed by our system about the available services and charges.

1. Shipping Methods

Courier.
Standard service. It is the cheapest courier service that covers all destinations within Greece, mainland and island

Le Disque Noir regularly evaluates the quality of transport services provided. Your comments/suggestions are always welcome in order to improve the services and satisfy its customers.

2. Times

Execution time. The delivery time of each order is from 1 to 5 working days excluding public holidays. The order execution time starts counting from the day you receive your order.

Observations

– The transfer times refer to the main and most cities and islands of Greece.
– Any delays of 1 to 2 days due to remote/inaccessible areas are not included.

3. Units of Measurement & Weight Calculation

The units of measurement that bind Le Disque Noir are kilograms (kg) for weight and as you will see in the list below in detail, the charges for each kilogram from 1 to 10 kg of order show the cost of transport charged in € before VAT.

For orders up to 4kg cost without VAT €3.06

For orders up to 5kg cost without VAT €3.06

For orders up to 6kg cost without VAT €7.00

For orders up to 7kg cost without VAT €7.00

For orders up to 8kg cost without VAT €7.00

For orders up to 9kg cost without VAT €7.00

For orders up to 10kg cost without VAT €13.00

 

There are additional charges for hard-to-reach areas and islands outside Mainland Greece where we advise you, after consultation with us, to choose collection from the nearest General Post service point.

NOTE. Our Customer should be aware that in any case they will pay the shipping costs shown at the stage of their order and NOTHING ABOVE.

4. Order Tracking in Transit

For each of your orders that leaves our facilities, you receive an e-mail informing you of this. The e-mail includes a link that will take you to the corresponding page of the courier company and a unique tracking number, with the use of which, you will be immediately informed about the stage of the transfer of the package of your order.

5. Transportation Liability – Delays

Our company takes all necessary measures for the timely delivery of the products you have ordered. However, our company is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or events beyond its control such as indicative delays in intermediate loading-unloading areas, transport strikes or any other type of strikes that affect the delivery of products to the company’s warehouses us from our suppliers, etc. In the event of any delays, our company exhausts its responsibility in trying to inform you and consult with you where possible for a new delivery route.

6. Shipping Costs

The shipping cost calculated and included in every Le Disque Noir online store order is solely for the cost of the shipping service.
